By hugging trees and standing in the sunlight, barefoot on the earth is grounding your negative and positive polarity with the neutral earth. Trees absorb what you breathe out, and you breathe in what the trees release into the Ether through photosynthesis
​(6CO2 + 6H2O → C6H12O6 + 6O2). Stand on the ground next to trees for 15 minutes a day, breathing in the life's essence of the Etheric realm of the Ether.
